Enjoying hiking in Seoul, South Korea in the fall colors. In our new location, we have a nice pathway leading up to Namsan park which has many hiking trails. We’ve found it a great place to do a quick one hour hike to the mountain top and back on a day when we just want to get out and stretch our legs.
The picture below shows the Namsan tower, with part of the city in the background. Our apartment is located behind and to the left of the large black building.

And finally, a picture to help show just how large this city is. This is from the Namsan tower area, and shows the city to the East. The buildings in the background to the left and right may appear smaller, but they are as large or larger than the ones in the foreground. And this shows only about one-third of the city! Makes our home town of Seattle seem tiny by comparison…
